1. Shipping Information

Shipping within Germany
All orders are shipped with DHL or Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs range from €2.90 to €7.69 per order, depending on the product.

For orders over €75.00, shipping within Germany is free.

Processing time:

Since my products are lovingly handmade, the processing time varies depending on the item:

• Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

• Products custom-made for you have a longer processing time of 7–14 business days, as they are only produced after the order is placed.

💛 Regardless, I always make a great effort to process every order as quickly as possible, so you don't have to wait longer than necessary for your new favorite item.

Delivery time:

The shipping duration depends on the standard transit times of DHL / Deutsche Post.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery at any time.

Typically, the delivery time is 2–4 business days after shipping.

Insured shipping:

All packages are shipped insured.

2. Important Delivery Notes

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when ordering. Incorrect address details can lead to delays or non-delivery.

If you do not receive a delivery after receiving the shipping confirmation, please first check the status via DHL tracking.

3. Problems with Delivery
